» July 2001 - Chairman Yin Zhengping established Wuxi Xinsheng Heat Exchanger Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

» Since 2003 - Xinsheng has obtained independent import and export rights certificate, ISO9001 international quality system certification, CE/PED certification, TS16949 certification, ISO14000 and OHSAS18001 certificates.

» March 2006 - Xinsheng was transformed into a Sino-Hong Kong joint venture company. Through talent introduction, management improvement and new product development, the company's 2011 revenue reached 30 million USD with a growth rate of 30%-40%.

» August 2009 - Wuxi Maixin Technology Industrial Co., Ltd. was established by Xinsheng, specializing in technology and new product development. This marked a new level in technology R&D and new product development. In the same year, our R&D center was established.

» October 2009 - The company invested heavily in establishing a heat exchanger performance laboratory, successfully obtaining provincial laboratory certification, which enhanced the company's R&D and innovation capabilities.

» September 2016 - The company name was changed from "Wuxi Xinsheng Heat Exchanger Manufacturing Co., Ltd." to "Wuxi Xinsheng Heat Exchanger Technology Co., Ltd.", abbreviated as "Xinsheng Stock", code 8700867.
